Dear Whisky Lover, We are most excited to share with you the launch of Spiriteca in Hong Kong. Believe it or not – we’ve been waiting for this longer than you have! This venture has been many years in the making and we are happy to finally graduate from the primary challenges to bring you the best in specialty whiskies. Exclusivity is the new black. Our offerings will always be limited production whiskies - often a couple of hundred of bottles in existence and sometimes less. To start, we bring you two brands first time seen in Hong Kong. The first is Kilchoman (pronounced: “keel-ho-man”); the only new distillery to open on Islay in the last 100 years. They are a farm distillery and 100% of the malt is grown and processed on-site. There are only 6 distilleries left in Scotland doing this and not all 6 have 100% local malt go into the whisky. The second is a selected collection from the legendary independent bottler Samaroli - whose vintage bottlings are rated on the top 10 whiskies ever produced.
